1) ceased to be valid according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 24.11.2014 No. 357-FZ

2) in Article 13.3:

a) "migration card" to add the subitem 3 of Item 2 after words with the words "with indication of work as the purpose of visit to the Russian Federation and";

b) in the subitem 3 of Item 11 of the word "and Item 9.1" shall be replaced with words ", Items 9.1 and 9.8";

Article 18 to add 3) with Item 9.8 of the following content:

"9.8. In addition to cases, stipulated in Item the 9th this Article, the work permit to the foreign citizen who arrived to the Russian Federation according to the procedure, not requiring receipt of a visa, is not issued if this foreign citizen did not specify work as the purpose of visit to the Russian Federation in the migration card.".
