"Compensation for expenses, the areas connected with moving from the region of the Far North and equated to them, to the citizens specified in part six of article 35 of this Law is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided from the federal budget in the form of interbudget transfers to the budget of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.";
