1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 3, 2012 No. 1142 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of August 21, 2012 No. 1199 "About efficiency evaluation of activities of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 46, Art. 6350; 2013, No. 5, Art. 373; No. 9, Art. 964; No. 17, Art. 2173; No. 24, Art. 3006; No. 37, Art. 4708; No. 44, Art. 5756; 2014, No. 15, Art. 1762).
2. To the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation till September 1, 2014:
a) provide reduction of solutions of expert group on efficiency evaluation of activities of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation on approval of individual indicators for efficiency evaluation of activities of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation for 2014 in compliance with the changes approved by this resolution;
b) provide to the Government of the Russian Federation in coordination with the federal executive bodies responsible for provision of information on measure values for efficiency evaluation of activities of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation and individual indicators for efficiency evaluation of activities of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, the draft of the presidential decree of the Russian Federation establishing transition period concerning evaluating efficiency of activities of executive bodies of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol;
