1. To public authorities of the Russian Federation, federal state bodies, local government bodies, legal entities, educated in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, to the organizations and physical persons which are under jurisdiction of the Russian Federation in the activities to recognize that within one year from the date of entry into force of this Decree implementation of the external economic transactions providing import to the territory of the Russian Federation of separate types of agricultural products, raw materials and food which country of source is the state which made the decision on imposition of economic sanctions on the Russian legal and (or) physical persons or joined such decision is forbidden or limited.
