About modification of Rules of carrying out technical inspection of vehicles of urban land electric transportation
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of carrying out technical inspection of vehicles of urban land electric transportation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2011 No. 1240 "About carrying out technical inspection of vehicles of urban land electric transportation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 3, Art. 439; No. 49, Art. 6881).

1. Add Item 8 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The main technical characteristics of means of technical diagnosing and their list affirm the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.".
2. In appendix No. 1 to the specified Rules:
a) in Item 1:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"in case of emergency brake application, including in case of otpuskaniye of pedal of safety of the tram car (the tram train), no more than 21 meter;";
in paragraph four of the word "meter 18,3" shall be replaced with words "meter 19,6";
