The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Recognize invalid the acts and separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing federal state Transport Supervision Service, federal state control (supervision) in the field of transport safety, according to the list according to appendix No. 1.

2. Repeal the acts and separate provisions of acts of federal executive bodies containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing federal state Transport Supervision Service, federal state control (supervision) in the field of transport safety, according to the list according to appendix No. 2.

3. Recognize invalid the regulatory legal acts and separate provisions of regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation containing mandatory requirements in the field of technical inspection of vehicles according to the list according to appendix No. 3.

4. Cancel the regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation containing mandatory requirements in the field of technical inspection of vehicles according to the list according to appendix No. 4.

5.
