About approval of the Regulations on the admission of the Russian carriers to implementation of the international motor transportations
According to the Federal Laws "About State Regulation of Foreign Trade Activity" and "About the State Control of Implementation of the International Motor Transportations and about Responsibility for Violation of Procedure for Their Accomplishment", and also international treaties of the Russian Federation on the international automobile communication the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the admission of the Russian carriers to implementation of the international motor transportations.
2. Determine that owners of the standard international licenses granted in accordance with the established procedure are considered allowed to the international motor transportations before the termination provided in the specified licenses of term.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 16, 1997 No. 322 "About approval of the Regulations on licensing of transportations by road transport of passengers and loads in the international message, and also loads within the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 13, the Art. 1541) in the part concerning international carriages.
