About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 7, 2014 No. UP-4609 "About Additional Measures for Further Enhancement of the Investment Climate and Business Environment in the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also for the purpose of further enhancement of procedure of monitoring of the foreign trade transactions:

1. Make changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. M. Mirziyoev.

to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 8, 2014 No. UP-4630

The changes made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In Regulations on the currency exchange control on export-import transactions approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 20, 1994 No. UP-837:

a) state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. All contracts in foreign trade are subject to monitoring in bodies of currency exchange control, authorized banks through the Single Electronic Information System of the Foreign Trade Transactions (SEISFTT)";

b) state Item 6 and 7 in the following edition:

"6. Bodies of the State Customs Service exercise control (monitoring) of completeness, timeliness and correctness of input in EEISVO of data on movement of goods on contracts in foreign trade.

7. Authorized banks exercise daily control of completeness, timeliness and correctness of input in EEISVO of data on cash flow on contracts in foreign trade.
