1. Approve the enclosed Rules of suppression of the steppe fires, and also fires in settlements in which there are no divisions of the public fire service.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 27, 2007 No. 542 "About approval of Rules of suppression of the steppe fires, and also the fires in settlements in which public institutions of fire extinguishing" (by SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 22, the Art. 248) are not created;
2) Item of 36 changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of fire safety, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 18, 2008 No. 1068 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of fire safety" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 43, the Art. 492).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten its official publication, calendar after day.
