About enhancement of procedure for the differentiated approach in case of cost determination of the state services in the field of the state inventory

For the purpose of simplification of the procedures connected with registration of the rights to real estate and further enhancement of procedure for rendering the cadastral services Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve the procedure for cost determination of the state services in the field of the state inventory on real estate units brought by the Agency according to the inventory under the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Economic Development and reducings poverty, the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. Determine that 10 percent from the cost of the state services in preparation of cadastral case and to execution of cadastral documentation on real estate units specified in appendix, and also are transferred to state registration of the rights to real estate in off-budget fund of the Agency according to the inventory under the Ministry of Economics and finance.

3. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on land resources, geodesy, cartography and the state inventory together with the interested ministries and departments in two-month time:

make in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution;

bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov.
