1. Approve:

1) regulations of the state service "The Statement from the State Register of Persons Performing Tourist Activities and the State Register of Tourist Routes and Tracks" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the state service "Licensing, Renewal, Issue of Duplicates of the License for Tourist Operator Activities (Tour Operator Activities)" according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. (Igaliyev M. N.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to committee of the industry of tourism of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in mass media and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.
