About reduction of the authorized capital of banks in compliance with minimum established size
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 31, "About banks and banking activity", on accomplishment of Item 6 of Final and transitional provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning prevention of negative impact on banking system stability" of July 4, 2014 No. 1586-VII, for the purpose of increase in efficiency and ensuring stable activities of banks of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 66 Laws of Ukraine:
1. Banks which authorized capital does not conform to requirements of part one of article 31 of the Law of Ukraine" About banks and banking activity" shall bring its size into accord with requirements of this law, namely to the size it is, at least, than:
120 million hryvnias - till June 17, 2016;
200 million hryvnias - till July 11, 2017;
300 million hryvnias - till January 01, 2021;
400 million hryvnias - till July 11, 2022;
The paragraph of the sixth is excluded according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 21.12.2017 No. 136;
