About modification of the Procedure for licensing of activities for provision of educational services

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for the licensing of activities for provision of educational services approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 8, 2007 No. 1019 "About licensing of activities for provision of educational services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 60, Art. 2379; 2011, No. 62, Art. 2469, No. 85, Art. 3111; 2012, No. 65, Art. 2662; 2013, No. 75, Art. 2771; 2014, No. 10, the Art. 331), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for licensing of activities for provision of educational services

1. The ninth the subitem 5 of Item 2 to replace the paragraph with paragraphs of the following content:

"Activities for programs of foreign educational institutions (except the activities performed by higher educational institutions III-IV of level of Ukraine of accreditation according to accredited programs of higher educational institutions of member states of the European Union, similar to the accredited directions of preparation (specialties) of the relevant educational institution);

activities for provision of educational services by educational institutions of foreign states or their branches.".
