About the organization of holding additional actions in case of complication of epidemic situation for poliomyelitis

According to Articles 6, 11 Laws of Ukraine "About protection of the population against infectious diseases", the subitem 4 Items 4, of Item 12 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467, ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the Procedure for holding additional actions in case of complication of epidemic situation for poliomyelitis (further - the Procedure);

2) Regulations on Operational staff of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on localization and liquidation of outbreak of the poliomyelitis caused by "wild" virus of poliomyelitis (further - Operational staff).

2. To the Minister of Health of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, heads of structural divisions concerning health care of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, to the First Deputy Chairman of the Public sanitary and epidemiologic service of Ukraine (A. Kravchuk):

1) to provide accomplishment of the Procedure;

2) in case of complication of epidemic situation on poliomyelitis in week (in the last working day of week) to provide information on condition of accomplishment of the Procedure in GU "Ukrainian Center for Control and Monitoring of Diseases of MOZ of Ukraine" (L. Nekrasov) and Operational staff.

3. GU "Ukrainian Center for Control and Monitoring of Diseases of MOZ of Ukraine" (L. Nekrasov) to provide collection, generalization and submission of information on accomplishment of the Procedure to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Public sanitary and epidemiologic service of Ukraine.
