About approval of the Regulations on procedure of the state environmental control

1. Approve Regulations on procedure of the state environmental control according to appendix.
2. Goskompriroda, to Goskomzemgeodezkadastr, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, State inspection Sanoatgeokontekhnazorat under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan to bring departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on Information analysis department concerning agricultural and water economy, conversion of agricultural products and consumer goods of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
