In pursuance of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 25, 2013 "About the forecast of the main macroeconomic indicators and parameters of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2014" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-2099:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for compensation of additional expenses of the agricultural producers connected with unification of the prices and introduction of the consumption tax of gasoline, diesel fuel and gas for vehicles in case of acquisition of diesel fuel by them on cultivation of cotton raw for the state needs on the harvest eve of 2014.

2. Establish the standard rate of compensation amount in the amount of 200,0 of one thousand bags. on one ton of the diesel fuel acquired on cultivation of cotton raw for the state needs taking into account own sources of the agricultural producers formed due to cancellation of payment by them of obligatory contributions to the state trust funds.

3. To provide to the ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with Association "Uzpakhtasanoat", Council of farmers of Uzbekistan, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and areas (cities) package of measures for the organization and carrying out among farms of broad explanatory work on realization of the approved Provision.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister R. S. Azimov.
