According to the subitem 32) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 11, 2014 "About civil protection" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of cost recovery to Items of storage of material values of the state material reserve, and also cost recovery for the material values of the state material reserve used for the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations and their effects, rendering the regulating impact on the market, the help to refugees and the humanitarian assistance.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing and is subject to official publication.
