The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Pay the one-time monetary assistance to the faces which sustained heavy bodily harms during participation in the mass actions of civil protest which took place during the period from November 21, 2013 to February 21, 2014 in 50-fold size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons established for January 1 of year in which payment is made.
2. Approve the Payment procedure of the one-time monetary assistance to the faces which sustained heavy bodily harms during participation in the mass actions of civil protest which took place during the period from November 21, 2013 to February 21, 2014 which is applied.
3. To provide to the Ministry of economic development and trade together with the Ministry of social policy, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice idea for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of the draft of the order of assignment from reserve fund of the government budget for ensuring payment of the monetary assistance, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.
