for the purpose of further development of the friendly relations between two states, legal settlement of trips of their citizens,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Citizens of the state of one Party have the right to drive, leave and move on the territory of the state of other Party without visas with observance of rules of stay and the registration operating in this state on proving their identity and to the documents confirming nationality specified in Appendices 1 and 2 to this agreement.

Movement of citizens of the states of the Parties are performed through check points on frontier of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Azerbaijan Republic.

Article 2

The citizens of the states of the Parties who are constantly living in the third states can drive, leave and follow en route through the territory of the states of the Parties without visas according to the documents specified in Appendices 1 and 2 to this agreement.

Article 3

The parties shall allow citizens of the states of the Parties into the third states through check points on frontier, open for the international passenger traffic, according to the documents valid for trip abroad.

The parties will take measures to non-admission of departure from the territory of their states to the third states of persons which departure is limited according to the national legal system of the either party, before the termination of the circumstances interfering their departure.
