About approval of Changes to the Procedure for import to the territory of Ukraine of the unregistered medical equipment and products of medical appointment
According to the paragraph of Item 1 of the Procedure for state registration of medical equipment and products of the medical appointment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 9, 2004 No. 1497, I ORDER third:
1. Approve Changes to the Procedure for import to the territory of Ukraine of the unregistered medical equipment and products of the medical appointment approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of November 30, 2012 No. 979, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 20, 2012 for No. 2124/22436, that are applied.
2. (L. Konoshevich) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of pharmaceutical activities submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister N. Lisnevskaya.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
