About recognition voided orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine concerning state registration of medical equipment and products of medical appointment
According to Item 16 of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the current legislation I order:
1) the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 2, 2012 No. 478 "About approval of the List of the medical products which are subject to state registration (re-registration) in Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 20, 2012 for No. 1234/21546;
2) the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of November 30, 2012 No. 979 "About approval of the Procedure for import to the territory of Ukraine of the unregistered medical equipment and products of medical appointment", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 20, 2012 at No. 2124/22436;
3) the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of August 3, 2012 No. 616 "About approval of Rules of carrying out clinical testing of medical equipment and products of medical appointment and Standard regulations on the commission on questions of ethics", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 30, 2012 at No. 1461/21773.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of pharmaceutical activities and quality of pharmaceutical products submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
