According to Item 1 of the Procedure for state registration of medical equipment and products of the medical appointment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 9, 2004 No. 1497, the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467, and Item 3, the subitem 13 of item 4 of the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on medicines approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 8, 2011 No. 440, I ORDER:
1. Approve the List of medical products which are subject to state registration (re-registration) in Ukraine it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the order of the State inspectorate for quality control of medicines of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of May 6, 2010 No. 51 "About approval of the List of medical products which are subject to state registration (re-registration) in Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 20, 2010 for No. 339/17634.
3. To provide to management of development of the pharmaceutical sector of industry of health care submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of R. M. Bogachyov.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
