2. To republican services of civil protection to approve relevant provisions.
3. In the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of civil defense of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Petrov V. V.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
