About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 14, 2006 No. 155 "About approval of the list of regulated services (goods, works) of subjects of natural monopolies"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 14, 2006 No. 155 "About approval of the list of regulated services (goods, works) of subjects of natural monopolies" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006., No. 8, Art. 71) following change and amendment:

in the list of regulated services (goods, works) of subjects of natural monopolies approved by the specified resolution:

to state paragraph two of Item 6-1 in the following edition:

"provision in use of railway tracks with objects of rail transport under agreements of concession on condition of lack of competitive railway track.";

in Item 12:

to add "water supply services" with the subitem 4) of the following content:

"4) regulation of superficial drain by means of retaining hydraulic engineering constructions;".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
