for the purpose of recognition of merits of persons which made special contribution to development of institute of constitutional right and also for the purpose of stimulation of research works in the field of constitutional right, DETERMINED:

1. Found award of "Titlul de excelenta in domeniul dreptului constitutional" ("For outstanding achievements in the field of constitutional right").

2. Found award of the Constitutional court of "Constantin Stere" ("Konstantin Stere").

3. Approve Regulations on assignment of awards of the Constitutional court according to appendix.

4. Provide annually in the budget of the Constitutional court financial resources for realization of this Determination.

Regulations on assignment of awards of the Constitutional court

Chapter I. Assignment of award of "Titlul de excelenta in domeniul dreptului constitutional" ("For outstanding achievements in the field of constitutional right")

1. The award of "Titlul de excelenta in domeniul dreptului constitutional" ("For outstanding achievements in the field of constitutional right") is awarded to persons which made the essential contribution to development of the right, in particular, constitutional right recognized at national and/or international level and also to realization of role of the Constitutional court.
