For the purpose of expansion of implementation of the market principles of stimulation of development of import-substituting and export-oriented productions, and also further enhancement of the mechanism of forming of projects of localization of production of finished goods, components and materials based on local raw materials and industrial cooperation the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 21, 2010 No. 154 "About additional measures for enhancement of the mechanism of forming and program implementation of localization of production of finished goods, components and materials on the basis of industrial cooperation" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010, No. 7, the Art. 38) according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades, the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, other interested ministries, departments, associations, the companies to bring the adopted regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
