About additional measures for ensuring timely implementation of investment projects of JSC Almalyksky MMC
For the purpose of completion of upgrade, technical and technological rearmament of production capacities, the Cabinet of Ministers decides increases in production of competitive products, expansion of the export potential of JSC Almalyksky MMC:
1. Take into consideration that:
according to resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 30, 2011 No. PP-1561 and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 5, 2012 No. 196 materials, vehicles, the equipment and spare parts to them, including the technical and project documentation, not made in the Republic of Uzbekistan and imported by JSC Almalyksky MMC within implementation of investment projects "Construction of the new sulphuric acid workshop at the copper-smelting plant JSC Almalyksky MMC and "Production organization of portland cement and white cement in the Jizzakh region", are exempted from customs payments (except for customs fees) for up to July 1, 2014;
Import of the above-stated materials, vehicles, the equipment and spare parts to them, including the technical and project documentation is provided to JSC Almalyksky MMC till July 1, 2014.
2. Approve lists not made in the Republic of Uzbekistan, imported by JSC Almalyksky MMC:
materials, the equipment and spare parts to them, including the technical and project documentation, within implementation of the investment project "Construction of the new sulphuric acid workshop at the copper-smelting plant JSC Almalyksky MMC according to appendix No. 1;
materials, vehicles, the equipment and spare parts to them, including the technical and project documentation, within implementation of the investment project "Production Organization of Portland Cement and White Cement in the Jizzakh Region" according to appendix No. 2.
3. Permit the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to perform till October 1, 2014 customs clearance of goods according to appendices No. No. 1 and 2 to this resolution using privileges on customs payments and, according to the procedure of exception, without provision of the export cargo customs declaration.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan G. I. Ibragimov.
