1. Approve the Program of development of technical regulations developed by the Uzstandart Agency on the basis of offers of the ministries and departments for 2014 - 2018 according to appendix.
2. Determine that financing of development of general technical regulations, and also conducting examination of general and special technical regulations is performed according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About technical regulation":
the ministries and departments developers financed from the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan - within the budgetary appropriations provided in expense budgets on these purposes;
the managing subjects developers - at the expense of own means.
3. Establish the personal responsibility of heads of the ministries and departments developers for timely and high-quality program implementation of development of technical regulations for 2014 - 2018 according to appendix.
