About entering of amendments and changes into Presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of control of target use of the soft credits granted on construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises I decide:

1. Make additions and changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 2, 1996 No. 346 "About some measures for development of housing construction in the village" (Collection of presidential decrees and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, 1996, No. 25, Art. 644; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 223, 1/8874):

after part one to add the subitem with parts of the following content:

"The amounts of the loans granted according to part one of this subitem directed to payment of advance payments to contract organizations for settlings with suppliers for the materials and the equipment used on the purposes specified in paragraph one of part one of this subitem and also for settlings with the subcontract organizations and on payment of advance payments to the subcontract organizations are enlisted by Belagroprombank open joint stock company into the special accounts of contract organizations opened in the called bank (further - special accounts).

Special accounts are opened according to the procedure, established by the legislation, based on the agreement of the special account signed between contract organization and Belagroprombank open joint stock company in which the mode of functioning of the special account taking into account requirements of this Decree and other acts of the legislation is set.

The means transferred into special accounts are used by contract organizations on the purposes specified in part two of this subitem.
