About entering of amendments and changes into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 2010 No. 613

For the purpose of ensuring control of journey of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles at road check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus and on highways public of the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 2010 No. 613 "About driving of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles through highways public of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 288, 1/12130; 2012, No. 48, 1/13461; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 17.01. 2014, 1/14751) following amendments and changes:

1.1. subitem 3.1 of Item 3 after words of "emergency situations" to add with the words "for implementation by the organizations of the state road farm of activities for content of highways at the expense of budgetary funds";

1.2. to be reworded as follows appendix 4 to this Decree it (is applied);

1.3. in the Regulations on fare of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles on highways public of the Republic of Belarus approved by this Decree:

the fifth Item 8 to exclude the paragraph;

add the Provision with Item 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1. In the period of temporary restrictions of loads of axes of the vehicles introduced on highways public of the Republic of Belarus according to the legislation, the payment is calculated proceeding from the bearing capability of road clothes of the respective highway and the established admissible axial mass (the amounts of axial masses) of vehicles provided for this period.";

to exclude from Item 10 of the word "to 10 percent inclusive";

add the Provision with Item 12-1 of the following content:
