For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.4 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About modification of the Labor code of the Azerbaijan Republic" of December 27, 2013" of February 3, 2014 the No. 100 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 875-IVQD:

Approve "Form of the notification on the employment contract and rules of its entering into electronic information system, the information form sent to the employer and Ministry of taxes of the Azerbaijan Republic in connection with registration of the notification on the employment contract, including the rule connected with receipt in real time of data of the registered notification on the employment contract" (are attached).
