1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 No. 1192 "About measures for preparation of agricultural organizations for field works, creation of strong food supply and harvesting in 2014" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 15.01. 2014, 5/38289):

1.1.1. in item 4:

word part one in paragraph one "interest payment for use of the credits provided" shall be replaced with words "establishment of rate on the loans granted";

the second to state part in the following edition:

"Offset at the expense of means of the republican budget losses of banks on the credits provided according to part one of this Item:

in the amount of 1/4 refunding rates of National Bank, acting (taking into account its change) in the corresponding period of charge of percent, on the credits issued in Belarusian rubles;

in the amount of 1/4 rates on the credits issued in foreign currency.";

1.1.2. to state subitem 5.2 of Item 5 in the following edition:

"5.2. offset at the expense of means of the corresponding local budgets losses of banks on the credits provided according to part one of item 4 of this resolution:

in the amount of 1/4 refunding rates of National Bank, acting (taking into account its change) in the corresponding period of charge of percent, on the credits issued in Belarusian rubles;
