According to the subitem 2) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) regulations of the state service "Issue of Permission to Special Water Use" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the state service "Approval of Specific Regulations of Water Consumption and Water Disposal in Economy Industries" according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department of water and biological resources together with Committee on water resources in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

1) the direction on official publication of this order within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in mass media;

1) the direction of the copy of the order on the paper and electronic medium on official publication in information system of law of Ad_let in time not exceeding ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

1) publication of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of the environment and water resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister of the environment and water resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nysanbayev E. N.
