2. 3. In case of issue of the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan it is strict to Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and their subordinate divisions to be guided by these rules.
