About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 980

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 980 "Questions of the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 129, 5/22713; No. 207, 5/24361; 2008, No. 66, 5/27291; No. 121, 5/27661; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 12.07. 2013, 5/37539) following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Regulations on the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

to state subitem 3.4 of Item 3 in the following edition:

"3.4. development together with other interested republican state bodies of foreign trade activity by building-up of export of the goods (services), investment attraction, creation of the commercial organizations made by the state organizations and economic societies with participation of investors;";

in item 4:

state subitem 4.6 in the following edition:

"4.6. creates in accordance with the established procedure innovative fund and off-budget centralized investment fund, performs monitoring of target use of means of these funds;";

add Item with subitems 4.22-6 and 4.22-7 of the following content:

"4.22-6. performs functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of mechanical engineering and metallurgy, provides issue of confirmations of purpose of the goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus according to the legislation;

4.22-7. establishes in coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs procedure for registration and issue of passports of vehicles (chassis of the vehicles) made in the Republic of Belarus, procedure for issue of registration signs on the specified vehicles (the chassis of vehicles) delivered to the consumer or to the place of state registration under the own steam including forms of these passports;";
