Determine that registration of the automotor-vehicles and trail cars to them (further - vehicles) belonging to the citizens of the Russian Federation who are living in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, acquired citizenship of the Russian Federation according to the Federal constitutional Law "About Acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and Education as a part of the Russian Federation New Subjects — the Republic of Crimea and the Federal City of Sevastopol" (further - citizens), and to the legal entities registered in the specified territories according to the legislation of Ukraine till March 18, 2014 (further - legal entities), issue of the Russian national and international car driver licenses in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol are performed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation taking into account the following features:
a) the registration actions connected with replacement of registration documents and the state registration signs can be made with issue of passports of vehicles on the basis:
passports of the citizen of the Russian Federation proving the identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Russian Federation containing data on its registration at the place of residence in the territories of the Republic of Crimea or Sevastopol;
the registration documents and the state registration signs issued on the vehicles belonging to citizens and legal entities according to the legislation of Ukraine till March 18, 2014;
