About approval of regulations of the state services

1. Approve:

1) regulations of the state service "Issue of Information on Availability or Lack of Data on Accounting of Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Crime Committing by Person" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the state service "Issue of Archive References and/or Copies of Archive Documents within Archives of Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Its Territorial Administrations" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) regulations of the state service "Submission of Legal Statistical Information" according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 4 to this order.

3. To send this order to committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee):

1) on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to territorial authorities of Committee for execution.
