About ensuring implementation of single state policy of reforms in Ukraine

For the purpose of ensuring implementation of the single, approved state policy of reforms in Ukraine, adjustments of the effective mechanism of interaction of state bodies and institutes of civil society in the course of implementation of reforms, with attraction to cooperation on these questions of the international community, implementation of system approach to strategic planning, approvals of line items and monitoring of realization of reforms on ensuring sustainable development of Ukraine as premises of growth of welfare of its population, achievement of the European standards of providing and protection of rights and freedoms of man and citizen, according to Item I decide 28 parts one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine:

1. Create:

National council of reforms as special advisory advisory body in case of the President of Ukraine concerning strategic planning, approval of line items on implementation in Ukraine of single state policy of reforms and their realization;

The paragraph third is excluded according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 13.05.2015 No. 267/2015 

Executive committee of reforms as facilitative branch in case of the President of Ukraine whose main objective is preparation of offers on strategic planning of reforms, their approved implementation and monitoring of realization of reforms.

2. Determine that:

The chairman of National council of reforms is the President of Ukraine;
