About liquidation of the Advisory board of reforms

Due to the formation of Advisory international board of reforms and according to Item I decide 28 parts one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine:

1. Liquidate the Advisory board of reforms.

2. Make the following changes to presidential decrees of Ukraine:

1) in the Presidential decree of Ukraine of July 23, 2014 No. 614 "About ensuring implementation of single state policy of reforms in Ukraine" (with the changes made by the Decree of January 19, 2015 No. 22):

a) third Article 1 to exclude the paragraph;

b) in Article 2:

in paragraph three of the word "representative of the Advisory board of reforms" to exclude;

word in paragraph five of "Advisory board of reforms" to exclude;

to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:

"The chairman and members of National council of reforms, cochairmen of Executive committee of reforms participate in work of National council of reforms and Executive committee of reforms on a voluntary basis";

2) in the Presidential decree of Ukraine of August 13, 2014 No. 644 "Questions of National council of reforms, the Advisory board of reforms and Executive committee of reforms" (with the changes made by the Decree of January 19, 2015 No. 22):

a) to state the name of the Decree in the following edition:

"Questions of National council of reforms and Executive committee of reforms";

b) third Article 1 to exclude the paragraph;

c) in Regulations on the National council of reforms approved by this Decree:

in paragraph five of item 4 of the word of "advisory board members of reforms, Executive committee of reforms" shall be replaced with words "the chairman of Advisory international board of reforms, cochairmen of Executive committee of reforms";
