About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 31, 2008 No. 529

According to article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 31, 2008, No. 529 "About approval of Rules of issue of the work permit to foreign citizens and stateless persons which perform labor activity in the Republic of Tajikistan and sample of its form" the following changes and amendments:

- in Items 2 and 3 of the resolution of the word "Migratory Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "The migratory service of the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan".

2. In appendix 1:

- in Item 2 of the word "1 year" shall be replaced with words "till 1 year";

- to state the first paragraph of item 4 in the following edition:

- "-the statement in Migratory service of the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - authorized body)".

3. State Item 11 in the following edition:

"11. The work permit to foreign citizens and stateless persons refuses in the following cases:

- not compliance to the established quota of attraction of foreign labor power at the level of areas, the cities and areas;

- availability of domestic specialists on the existing workplaces in which foreign citizens and persons without citizenship wish to be engaged;

- introduction of false information in the statement and the submitted documents;

- lack of need, prolongation of the work permit.".
