According to the Agreement on the Eurasian economic commission of November 18, 2011 and the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of November 18, 2011 No. 1, based on the Agreement on conditions and the mechanism of application of the tariff quotas of December 12, 2008 and the Agreement on functioning of the Customs union within multilateral trade system of May 19, 2011 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve the enclosed inventory concerning which for 2015 the tariff quotas, and also amounts of the tariff quotas for import of these goods in the territory of state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space are established.

2. Determine that the tariff quotas specified in the list approved by this Decision (further – the tariff quotas), are applied to the goods placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption, except for goods imported on single customs area of the Customs union, occurring and imported from the State Parties of the CIS.

3. Determine that if the amount of import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus of pork (code 0203 FEACN CU) within the tariff quota during the first half of the year 2015 will make at least 70 percent from the established amount of the tariff quota, the specified amount of the tariff quota based on the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission is subject to increase in limits up to 40 thousand tons inclusive.
