About the budget of subsistence minimum and modification of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of legal regulation of questions of application of the budget of subsistence minimum:

1. Determine that:

the budgets of subsistence minimum approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus are applied in case of determination of the largest size of the budget of subsistence minimum on average per capita for the periods in which they acted;

in case of determination of the largest size of the budget of subsistence minimum on average per capita for two last quarters from November 1, 2014 till January 31, 2015 the budget of subsistence minimum on average per capita approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus for the period from August 1 to October 31, 2014 and the budget of subsistence minimum on average per capita approved by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection for the period from November 1, 2014 to January 31, 2015 are applied.

2. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 5, 2005 No. 117 "About the announcement of 2006 Year of mother" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 39, 1/6296; 2007, 96, 1/8519) words "the Government of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words No. "Ministry of Labour and Social Protection";

2.2. in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 28, 2006 No. 55 "About the standard rate of indexation of cash incomes of the population taking into account inflation" (2006, No. 19, 1/7195) of the word "Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus "Ministry of Labour and Social Protection";
