About approval of the national symbols corresponding to the protected geographical instructions, the protected names of places of origin and guaranteed to traditional products

Based on part provisions (5) article 4 of the Law on public symbols No. 86 of July 28, 2011

The parliament adopts this ordinary law.

Art. 1. – Approve:

a) the national symbols corresponding to the protected geographical instructions, the protected names of places of origin and guaranteed to traditional products according to appendix 1;

b) Regulations on use of the national symbols corresponding to the protected geographical instructions, the protected names of places of origin and guaranteed to traditional products according to appendix 2.

Art. 2. – The competent authorities responsible for control of compliance of the goods having names of places of origin or geographical instructions, and compliance of the guaranteed traditional products appointed by the Government according to articles 33 and 34 of the Law on protection of geographical instructions, names of places of origin and the guaranteed traditional products No. 66-XVI of March 27, 2008, monitorirut use of the national symbols corresponding to the protected geographical instructions, the protected names of places of origin and guaranteed to traditional products.
