These rules determine procedure for investment of reserve of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation on mandatory pension insurance performed by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation proceeding from need of ensuring the principles of recoverability, reliability, profitability and liquidity.
2. Investment of reserve of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation on mandatory pension insurance is performed according to the procedure, established for investment of the amounts of the insurance premiums for financing of funded portion of work pension arriving within financial year in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation according to Item 3 of article 14 of the Federal law "About Investment of Means for Financing of Funded Pension in the Russian Federation" taking into account the features established by these rules.
