Section I General provisions

These Regulations of distribution of award for use of objects of copyright and the related rights (distribution daleereglament) are developed according to article 31 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About copyright and the related rights" and Regulations on minimum rates of award for use of objects of the copyright and the related rights approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 22, 2002 No. 488.

The regulations of distribution establish percent and shares in case of distribution of award added by users for owners of property rights for use of objects of copyright and the related rights.
