1. Approve Regulations on procedure for rendering services of mail service in case of emergency situations according to appendix.
2. To the state committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other interested ministries and departments in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the head Kompleksa concerning information systems and telecommunications.
