About modification of the Regulations on the state control of condition of technical information security

According to the subitem 2 of Item 8 of the Section IX "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine" I ORDER:

1. Bring in Regulations on the state control of condition of technical information security, No. approved by the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of May 16, 2007 87, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 10, 2007 for No. 785/14052, the following changes:

1) in Item 5.2 of Section 5:

word in paragraph six of "the open information which is property of the state which requirement concerning protection is established by the law" shall be replaced with words "the state information resources";

in paragraphs seven and the eleventh "information which is property of the state" shall be replaced with words words "the state information resources";

2) in the text of the Provision:

shall be replaced with words words of "information which is property of the state, or information with limited access" "the state information resources and information";

the words "regional body" in all cases and numbers shall be replaced with words "territorial authority of Administration" in the corresponding cases and numbers;

3) in appendix 1 to the Provision:

shall be replaced with words words of "information which is property of the state, and information with limited access" "the state information resources and information".
