For the purpose of implementation of the state control of turnover of the special technical means intended for secret receipt of information in the course of implementation of operational search and counterintelligence activities, clarification of the circumstances which are subject to proof in criminal trial according to article 7 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About operational search activities", article 9 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About counterintelligence activities" article 266 of the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic and Article 219 of the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed List of types of the special technical means intended for secret receipt of information in the course of implementation operational розыскнойи to counterintelligence activities, and also used in case of production of special investigative actions.

(see the previous edition)

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Temporary procedure for import to the Kyrgyz Republic and export from the Kyrgyz Republic of the special technical means intended for secret receipt of information in the course of implementation of operational search activities and the Temporary list of types of the special technical means intended for secret receipt of information in the course of implementation of operational search activities" of April 17, 2013 to No. 202.
