Having taken into consideration information of Board of the Eurasian economic commission on the signed Agreement on introduction of single forms of the passport of the vehicle (the passport of the vehicle chassis) and the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment and the organization of systems of electronic passports (further – the Agreement), Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. To provide to board of the Eurasian economic commission the organization of works on preparation of documents and holding the actions necessary for introduction of single forms of the passport of the vehicle (the passport of the vehicle chassis) and the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment and the organization of systems of electronic passports.
2. Determine the administrator of systems of electronic passports of vehicles (passports of the chassis of vehicles) and electronic passports of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment Electronic Passport open joint stock company.
3. Provide to Electronic Passport open joint stock company approval and the organization of interaction of authorized organizations in the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the functions assigned to the administrator of systems of electronic passports according to article 2 of the Agreement and till November 30, 2014 to inform the Eurasian economic commission.
4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of official publication.
