1. Form the interdepartmental commission on questions of return to property of the state of the means and property received as a result of corruption offenses in structure according to appendix.
2. Approve Regulations on the interdepartmental commission on questions of return to property of the state of the means and property received as a result of corruption offenses that is applied.
